Week 10 General Reflection

Week 10 was the busiest week I ever had during this semester. On Tuesday we did the accounting exam and on Wednesday and Thursday we had to go out from college one for an interview and the other for a school presentation. The school presentation was new type of presentation because we went to the school without at teacher and we had the responsibility to give the presentation content so that the idea of it reaches the student in its right and best way.

Google Reflection For Week 10
In order to work and prepare for the interviews we used Google calendar which was so useful we shared our calendar with each other and I chose an email reminder for me. An email was sent to me to remind me about the interviews and the preparation of the questions also an email was sent me from the calendar to remind me about the accounting exam. Google docs also helped us a lot, we shared our questions we were able to edit our friends questions.

I shared my calender with my group members and I Chose a color for each member the red color was for my Salha and the green is for Shaikha while the blue is mine. the yellow on the left is for shaima which is hidden from the calender it can be shown as soon I press on it .


here is the Google docs which have helped me allot in preparing for my interview. my group and i shared the interview questions document and we were able to edit and correct the questions for each other easily.

Reminder was sent to me from google calendar to GMail such as a reminder for my accounting exam also the shared documents was sent to the GMail.

Mock Job Interviwe

Week 11 Reflection



On the 28th of October 2009 we had our mock job interview. I was so interested for this interview, I prepaid myself at home and I practiced some of the excepted interview questions to be asked with my husband. In order to be fully prepaid for the interview I also printed my job description with the cover letter in addition to that I also printed my CV. I had my interview at 1 pm it was successful interview I got nice interesting questions from the interviewer such as why did I choose the job and what do I normally do on my free time also they asked me about my opinion sending employees abroad for international studies. I passed the mock job interview with a high mark it which was 97.
Finally I think it is very important to give the students such mock exams, because it give them the opportunity to practice and improve themselves. Personally i think that the mock job interview helped me a lot on my real interview at Noor Bank interview.

Google Project Reflection

google project was one of the most important project we had this semester. In my opinion, I think that it was essential stuff that student should know about. personally, I didn't know about those topics such as the GMail, google finance and even google language tool. one of the most important part was the google finance, for me it was a great helper for my international trade course and I hoped that they have taught us it before. but on the other hand I didn't like the google reader and the google scholar.

finally I think that some topics should be presented first. for example, google finance and google news was at the end and it would helped us alot in some projects if it was presented at the begning.
