2012

Week 16 Reflection (2)

During the eid vacation i went with my family to see the disaster film which is directed by Roland Emmerich it is '2012'. I was so interested to see this film and this is because of what I have heard about this film. The film is talking about a problem that will face the entire world except Himalaya (The Himalayan mountain system is the planet's highest and home to the world's highest peaks) and nobody knows about it except the head of state and the head of government in addition to some of the scientist that begin a massive, secret project intended to ensure the survival of humanity. The problem is that the neutrinos from a massive solar flare are acting as microwave radiation, causing the temperature of the Earth's core to increase rapidly. A series of ships was ready for around 400,000 chosen people to be constructed in the Himalayas. Most of the of tickets aboard these ships are booked for notable government officials and chosen people, while additional funding for the project is raised by selling tickets to the private sector at the price of €1 billion per person. To sum up the story or the film billions died and only and the president stayed in Washington D.C. and that to inform the people of what was happening and refused to enter the ship.

Himalaya

This is not all what happened in the film; I want to give the chance for those who didn’t see the film to see it. Finally, I liked this film but I think it is an imaginary film although in the real life the world is suffering from the earth high temperature but it is not the end of the world, because nobody knows when is the end of the world except god.
